I spent my early working years as a Certified ASE Automotive Technician in an automobile dealership. After several years in that position, I was asked to fill the position of Service Manager. In that capacity, I was responsible for the operation of the entire service department. That included resolving service customer concerns and complaints. I received extensive customer service training and received national recognition for improving my company's customer satisfaction scores to to among the best in the country while at the same time, increasing my department's profitability. That customer service training continues to serve me well in the real estate business. I know that by providing excellent customer service, my real estate carreer will continue to grow and prosper.
